The chloroform wore off...

...and the contracts were signed in blood, which apparently makes them binding. Or so says Mark. And when he's holding a plastic bag filled with mystery slime and a butcher knife, I tend to agree with everything he babbles.

So.

My name's Michele Bardsley and I write paranormal romances about vampires. I know. It's so rare to find vampires in paranormal fiction. I mean, whaddaya have to do to get some bloodsuckers into today's novels? Heh. My vamps are parents with mortal children who live in a small Oklahoma town called Broken Heart. The fifth in the series, OVER MY DEAD BODY, comes out in May 2009. (The pre-order link is on the left side ... not that I'm hinting, because really, how freaking whiny would that be?)

I'm sure as the circulation returns to my arms and my wrists feel a little less bruised (zip ties hurt, people), I'll write more. Because I have to.

Leave a comment to my Intro post, and you'll be entered to win an autographed ARC of OVER MY DEAD BODY. Winners will be chosen by Friday, the 13th. Hmm. Now why does that date sound so familiar?

Comments

Ooooh, Friday the 13th. Best date on the calendar. Well, next to my birthday. *g* And maybe Christmas.

I love this series; especially since you can see the contrast between the vamps and the mortal children. What an unique take on a vampire world.

I'm new to your books. The first one I read was "Wait till your vampire gets home." I fell in love with it. I'm trying to get the rest from my library so that I can at least read them. Truthfully I would rather own them though...LOL. Friday the 13th is a great day. Hopefully it will be a lucky day for me to win your next book. Especially since it's sexy Brady (Braddock Hayes) story.

This is pure epicness!

Friday, the 13th + OVER MY DEAD BODY = blood stained bliss with a sprinkling of vodka to start the sparks.

(How we perform that combination is way beyond me... Unless...)
