Hmm. Pop Goes the World! by Men Without Hats always makes me want to dance. For a more urban fantastical song, maybe Furr by Blitzen Trapper?

Ooh, "Pop Goes the World" -- I'll try that. Thanks! Hey, is that the same group that does "Safety Dance?"

And I've never heard of either "Furr" or Blitzen Trapper. Off to the iStore for a listen... :)

Indeed, "Safety Dance" was there big hit!

If you're looking for offbeat music recommendations, let me know. :) Making thematic mixes is a bit of a hobby.

My latest happy song is "You Betta Work" by Rupaul. I dare you to listen to that song and not feel fierce.

Ooh -- Jaye, I just heard part of that on iTunes. Looks like I'll be spending some money... :)

Thanks for the suggestions!

"I Can't Decide" by Scissor Sisters is a pretty fun song...

The song that always makes me break into dance... from 1975 "The Hustle" by Van McCoy and the Soul City Symphony.

**Jackie scampers back to the iStore**

Thanks, Jeremy!

Lindsay -- as in "Do the hustle!" And then everyone does the John Travolta white pantsuit disco move, right?

Yep. That's the one. Cheesy and uplifting.
